Searching and Browsing eBooks
If you only wish to search and browse eBooks, you will not
need to create an account. If, however, you wish to check
out eBooks for an extended time and/or access them remotely,
you will need to create an account that identifies you as an
authorized user.
Please note that you
will need to use a library computer to register for a free
account.
Accessing eBooks
To access the Ebook Collection go to the Net Library Website
at
www.netlibrary.com. Choose "Create Account". You will
then be able to check out and view any of the Okaloosa
County Public Library Cooperative's eBooks. After this
initial registration you can access your netLibrary account
from any computer connected to the Internet ... just go to
www.netlibrary.com and log in to your account.
Checking out eBooks
The loan period is two hours and there is no limit on the
number of books that can be checked out. You may re-check
the book out immediately unless someone else is waiting for
it.
