Other Programs

Genealogy University - Genealogy University is designed for folks interested in genealogy and family history. Topics will include American and World history, U.S. immigration/migration patterns, and research techniques. Classes are scheduled on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 a.m.

French Class - The French language program consists of basic writing and language lessons taught by French language instructor: Gratien Miceli.
Classes are scheduled on Tuesdays from 2:00-4:15
and Fridays from 2:00-4:15.
Classes will resume on June 4, 2013.

Spanish Class - Spanish language lessons are provided by Carmen Cameron, a former Spanish language educator at NWF State College. Lessons consist of basic vocabulary and writing skills. Classes are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30.

Movie Events - Each month, our library will feature newly released, family-friendly movies. Movies are shown on a wide projector screen along with a surround-sound system. Admission is free and open to the public. Check the Calendar of Events for information regarding the featured movie, dates, and times.
